Training certificates reflect participation or completion only and should not be interpreted as a substitute for employer-specific training, supervision, or hazard assessments.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

  • Missed or unused training sessions may not be refunded
