Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for services provided by JML Safety, LLC ("JML Safety," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or registering for our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of safety training, consulting services, and digital content, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of JML Safety.

 

2. Training Courses and Programs

In-Person Training
  • Registration fees cover instructor time, materials, preparation, and scheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled in-person training are not eligible for a refund.

  • If advance notice is provided, JML Safety may offer a reschedule or credit toward a future training at our discretion.

Online or Digital Training
  • Fees for online courses, digital training modules, or recorded content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Technical issues must be reported promptly so we can attempt to resolve them.

 

3. Consulting Services

Consulting services are billed based on time, preparation, and agreed scope of work.

  • Payments for completed or partially completed consulting services are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible.

 

4. Missed Sessions and No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled training session or meeting without prior notice may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in limited situations such as:

  • JML Safety canceling or rescheduling a training

  • Documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

 

6. Third-Party Fees

JML Safety is not responsible for fees charged by third-party platforms, payment processors, or service providers. Such fees may be non-refundable even if a refund is approved by JML Safety.

 

7. How to Request a Refund or Credit

To request consideration for a refund or credit, please contact us with the following information:

  • Name and contact information

  • Training or service purchased

  • Date of purchase or registration

  • Reason for the request
